Privacy, Terms & Data Use

How we handle your data, the terms of using KhaleejKeys, and a plain-language summary of our Dubai Land Department data licensing.

Privacy

KhaleejKeys collects as little personal data as possible. There are three sources:

Newsletter

If you sign up for updates, we store the email address you give us - and, optionally, a first name and a community you'd like to follow. We use these only to send the updates you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we don't sell or rent your details to anyone.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used (which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from). This sets analytics cookies in your browser. We do not run advertising cookies or ad tracking.

Searches

We log the search terms entered on the site so we can improve coverage and ranking. These logs are about queries, not people - they aren't linked to your identity.

Delivery

The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes basic request data (such as IP address) to deliver pages and protect against abuse, as is standard for any website.

Your Choices

To unsubscribe, use the link in any email. To ask what newsletter data we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email [email protected]. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Terms Of Use

KhaleejKeys is provided for informational and research purposes only. It is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Property decisions should be made with a RERA-registered agent and an independent professional adviser.

Figures are derived from public records and are provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy or completeness. Always verify against the official Dubai Land Department register before relying on any figure. To the extent permitted by law, KhaleejKeys is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its figures.

You're welcome to view, search, and reference the figures shown. You may not scrape or bulk-extract the underlying database, attempt to reconstruct the raw register, or resell the data as a dataset. These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use means you accept the current version.

Data Licensing

Property transaction records are published by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) as Open Data on the Dubai Government data portal, under the Dubai Open Data Licence (Dubai Data Law - Law 26 of 2015 & Law 2 of 2016). Source dataset: data.dubai - DLD Real Estate Transactions.

KhaleejKeys publishes a transformed, value-added view of that data - independently processed by the steps on our methodology page - not a copy of the raw register. The Open Data Licence permits this; we never redistribute the raw register as a dataset.

KhaleejKeys is independent and not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by the Dubai Land Department or the Government of Dubai. "Dubai Land Department" and "DLD" are referenced only to credit the source of the data.
