Why KhaleejKeys Exists
Dubai records every property transaction with the Dubai Land Department, and that register is public. But in its raw form it is a sprawling government export - millions of rows, inconsistent spellings, off-plan and gift transfers mixed in with genuine sales, and no easy way to ask a simple question like "what are flats in this building actually selling for?"
Most price information buyers see is marketing: asking prices, glossy estimates, round numbers. KhaleejKeys is the opposite - it shows only what has been registered as sold, mapped to the community and building you searched for, so you can judge the market on evidence rather than on a listing.
What We Do
We take the DLD Open Data register, filter it down to genuine ready and secondary-market residential sales, map each transaction to a consistent community name, and surface prices, price-per-sqft, and trends you can search by area or building. The result is a transformed, value-added view - not a copy of the raw register.

Kept Honest By Design
Three principles run through the whole product. Provenance: every displayed figure traces back to a registered DLD transaction; nothing is invented. Restraint: where the public data can't support a claim - per-sale financing, off-plan, gift transfers - we show nothing rather than something fabricated. Freshness you can see: a "verified through" date is shown sitewide so you always know how current the underlying register is.
What's In The Dataset
KhaleejKeys covers 400,000+ completed ready-market residential sales across more than 130 named Dubai communities - apartments, villas, and townhouses. Off-plan sales, gift and nominal transfers, and DIFC-registered properties are deliberately excluded; see the FAQ for what's in and out of scope and why.

KhaleejKeys is an independent, founder-built product. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by the Dubai Land Department or the Government of Dubai. Data is provided "as is" - always verify against the official register before relying on any figure.
